The only difference between plans is the number of service professionals your location supports. You move up when your team grows, not when you need a specific feature.

Yes. SalonBiz pricing starts at $160/month per location with SalonBiz Payments, or $185/month without. The Essential plan is $265/month with SalonBiz Payments, or $300/month without payments, and the Premium plan is $370/month, or $415/month without payments. Pricing scales by team size, not by feature tier.

You can switch plans at any time. SalonBiz will adjust your monthly rate to the new plan before your next billing cycle. There is no penalty for moving up and no long-term contract locking you into your current plan. If your team grows past 20 service professionals on the Premium plan, you can add staff in blocks of 10 for $55/month per block.

SalonBiz Payments is built-in payment processing included with your platform. When you process payments through SalonBiz your monthly subscription rate is lower: $25/month less on the Basic plan, $35/month less on Essential, and $45/month less on Premium. It handles chairside checkout, card on file, online gift cards, and membership billing without a third-party processor.
