Dosha started in 1991 as a four-chair salon with a simple vision: build a business around great service, strong technical education, and great people. As the company grew, that vision expanded across six salon and spa locations and two Aveda Institute campuses.
With that growth came more complexity. Dosha needed to manage appointments, guest experiences, staff development, and business training across multiple locations, while staying true to the culture that made the company successful in the first place.
For Ray Motamani, President and CEO of Dosha, long-term growth has always come back to people. The team needed a technology partner that could support the business operationally while helping Dosha train, develop, and retain the people behind it.
