When you opt in to SalonBiz SMS messaging, you may receive transactional messages related to your appointments with the Participating Business you are interacting with, including appointment confirmations, reminders, changes, cancellations, and other appointment-related notifications.

Messages are delivered through the SalonBiz platform and may identify the salon, spa, or other business associated with your appointment.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of appointment-related SMS messages sent through SalonBiz at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages through the SalonBiz messaging program unless you subsequently opt in again.

Your opt-out from SalonBiz messaging does not necessarily apply to messages you have separately agreed to receive from a salon, spa, or other service provider through another messaging service. Those messaging programs may be subject to separate consent, terms, and opt-out processes.

Supported mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
