At the chair, in the retail area, at an event, even curbside. If you have Wi-Fi, you have a mobile front desk in the iPad App.
2. INCREASE RE-BOOKING
Guests are most likely to re-book when the recommendation comes from their stylist. Stylists can have that conversation and re-book their guest right at the chair.
3. NEVER TRACK DOWN ANOTHER STYLIST
On their phone or on their Apple Watch, the Stylist App notifies service providers when their guests are checked in. No more running to the back to chase down a stylist.
4. SELL MORE RETAIL
Stylists can recommend products during the service, enter them into the notes in the app and by the time they’re checking out, guest care can have those products waiting. (Guests can even receive a follow-up home-care email, shown below.)

Send a congratulations or a note of encouragement from inside the Stylist App to let a team member know you see their progress–and that it matters.
